The Mediator's Guide to Writing Memoranda of Understanding

Purchased by the majority of program participants, this invaluable resource provides an in-depth guide to writing Memoranda of Understanding: the agreements prepared at the end of each divorce mediation by the mediator and presented by separating spouses to the court.

The text is broken into categories that mirror the issues covered during the course of the Divorce Mediation Training Program, including all issues that must be addressed by divorcing spouses in order to successfully mediate their divorce settlement agreements. The guide provides language and templates that may be used time and again in writing these important client documents.

If you would like to purchase the guide while enrolling in your course, please select "Include Mediator's Guide + $62" before clicking Enroll Now.
