Grievances
We review all complaints and grievances and take their resolution very seriously. Additionally, we report all grievances and complaints to our accrediting bodies and co-sponsors and must report how we resolve the issues and how we have improved our programs to prevent similar experiences for future students. If you have any concerns or would like to file a complaint or grievance for any reason, you can call 800-306-1020 or use the form below. You have the option of leaving your name and contact information or filling out the form anonymously. Please describe the specifics of the situation so we can take appropriate actions to resolve your issue and so we can make changes to specific programs or address problems with particular instructors. Thank you for helping CRT continually improve its programs.
