Jack Arseneault

Jack Arseneault has been trying cases in the Federal Court for four decades, with his first trial victory in 1980. Throughout his career, he has tried some of the most important and high-profile cases in the District of New Jersey. While Jack has represented clients ranging from major corporations to individuals charged with criminal law violations, he also litigates complex civil matters. He has tried and/or resolved over a thousand cases with his focus being white-collar criminal offenses.
