We are a growing community of professionals who are dedicated to improving communication and conflict resolution skills on a global scale.
For nearly two decades, Conflict Resolution Training has created and taught dispute resolution programs, and assisted other organizations in creating their own programs, using CRT resources, pedagogy and expertise.

Special Education Conflict Resolution Programs

Our focus is on providing the tools needed by families, schools and workplaces to see inevitable conflict as a valuable impetus for positive dialog and meaningful change. We use education as our method of delivering these tools.
The Conflict Resolution Training team has had the pleasure of meeting thousands of professionals and organizational stakeholders through our training experiences, all of which are designed to expand our initiative to bring healthier methods of resolving conflict to people everywhere.
We have shared our educational experiences in mediation and conflict resolution with a wide variety of participants, including mental health, legal and business professionals, teachers, HR professionals, entire workforces in some cases, and many others. The focus of all of our workshops is sharing the science and art of resolving conflict successfully.
Divorce Mediation
Certificate Program
A comprehensive 35-hour program for individuals who want to be Divorce Mediators - or successfully work with clientele going through the painful process of divorce.
This intensive, post-graduate Certificate Program teaches a linear, step-by-step process for assisting divorcing spouses in reaching a complete agreement on all of the issues they need to address in order to achieve an uncontested divorce.
Successful mediation results in bypassing the divisive and financially devastating costs of divorce litigation controlled by lawyers and court systems. More spouses use mediators than divorce lawyers now - so demand for divorce mediation services continues to increase nationwide.
Graduates can begin work immediately upon completion - in any state. No other certifications or courses are required. The Certificate may be earned through live classes or on-demand classes to suit the needs of every learner.
This is the same highly acclaimed divorce mediation program through which thousands of mediators across the United States have earned their Mediation Certificate since 2010. It provides all of the tools, forms and resources used by the most successful mediators in the country.

Special Education Mediation Certificate
A comprehensive training program during which participants who are interested in mediating special education disputes learn how federal and state legal and regulatory requirements have molded special education today. Participants learn skills, strategies and techniques designed to succeed in resolving conflict between parents of special children and their school districts. Appropriate for school teachers, administrative staff, leadership and psychology professionals, specialists, legal professionals, and parents of special children. Training Programs are available on-site or online. Program content and CE credits are the same for online classes as for on-site classes, so you can choose the learning option that best fits your needs.
We believe interaction is key to learning. All of our courses are live, giving you the benefit of live lectures, group exercises, and role play.
In addition to joining a community of like-minded professionals where you will continue to learn, share, collaborate and possibly even teach conflict resolution skills, you will be prepared to earn income as a practitioner in this field immediately upon completing your program.
You will not need court approvals or supervision to work with clients after successfully completing a Conflict Resolution Training Program.
