Would you like to be a Professional Presenter?
Don't have the time to build an established, sustainable training program?
CRT's Faculty Partnership might be right for you.

I'd like to be considered for a Faculty Partnership

Field(s) of Work Experience

A limited number of partnerships are currently available.

Qualified professionals can launch a fully supported, collaborative-based but independent training operation within approximately 60 days.

If teaching mediation and conflict resolution skills to others aligns with your interest and career goals,  becoming a CRT Faculty Partner may be the right opportunity to elevate your career and lifestyle with a group of like-minded professionals.

Why Partner with CRT?

Most professionals who consider teaching mediation or conflict resolution never move forward or expand. That's because creating a solid, reputable program from scratch, and then building brand credibility over time requires hundreds, if not thousands of hours of work over years. It is hard to get started and hard to reach national viability. We know - we did it.

CRT's Faculty Partnership gives selected professionals the ability to jump into being a Professional Presenter of fully developed programs that already have those years of necessary work completed. CRT's Faculty Partners receive vetted, in-demand programs and all of the assets that go along with those programs, including scripts, teaching and student materials. Everything you need to teach your course is ready to go.

For more than fifteen years, CRT has prepared professionals across the United States and abroad to work as mediators, facilitators, and conflict resolution practitioners. As demand for our programs continues to expand across education, workplaces, and family matters, we are opening a new opportunity for qualified professionals to step into a more significant role with us.

Here is a summary of what selected faculty partners receive from this fully developed training business model:

  • proven curriculum refined since 2010

  • built-in credibility through association with CRT

  • professional certification in the program(s) they teach

  • course teaching scripts

  • complete teaching materials, including vetted slide decks, forms, case studies, group role play cases and independent student exercises

  • instructor training based on decades of practical experience

  • marketing collaboration with CRT and guidance on how faculty partners engage and receive great feedback from registrants quickly

  • ongoing support from an established national training organization
