In addition, you will Certified as a Mediator or Conflict Resolution Specialist in the discipline you want to teach. So, in addition to being able to teach the course to others, you will be Certified by CRT to work with clients as a Conflict Resolution Specialist or Mediator. This allows you to earn income from doing this valuable work AND from teaching it to others. For example, if you are interested in Divorce Mediation, in addition to earning money as a Divorce Mediation Faculty Training Partner by teaching the course,  you will be ready to take divorce mediation cases, and earn money as a divorce mediator.

As a faculty partner, you are teaching others how to resolve conflict and actually doing the work yourself, earning income from both of those valuable services - a double win!
