Carlos Fawcett

United States Veteran, HR Director, Mediator

Carlos Fawcett, a proud United States veteran, was born on September 11, 1980, in California. Growing up in a close-knit community, Carlos developed a strong sense of patriotism and a deep admiration for the men and women who served their country.

 

Upon graduating from high school, Carlos felt a calling to serve his nation. He enlisted in the United States Army, where he underwent rigorous training and gained invaluable experience in leadership, teamwork, and resilience. During his time in the military, Carlos served with honor and distinction, earning the respect of his peers and superiors alike.

 

After completing his military service, Carlos embarked on a new chapter of his life, determined to pursue higher education and build a successful career. He enrolled at the University of La Verne, where he immersed himself in his studies and excelled academically. Carlos earned degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Accounting, showcasing his diverse interests and intellectual curiosity.

 

Eager to further his knowledge and expertise, Carlos pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California (USC). The program challenged him to think critically about organizational dynamics, talent management, and employee development, preparing him for a rewarding career in human resources.

 

Carlos's professional journey began at Robertson’s Readymix, where he served as a Human Resource Manager. He was instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives to attract and retain top talent, enhance employee engagement, and promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.

 

In his current role as Human Resource Director at Powerful Electric, Carlos continues to make significant contributions to the company's success. He leads a dedicated team of HR professionals, working tirelessly to create a workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Carlos remains deeply committed to serving his community and supporting his fellow veterans. He volunteers his time and resources to various charitable organizations, providing assistance to those in need and advocating for the well-being of military personnel and their families.

 

Reflecting on his journey, Carlos is grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped him into the person he is today. He is proud to have served his country and honored to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others.
