This program teaches participants how to resolve conflict in six, easy-to-follow linear steps. Participants apply what they learn to a case presented in class. All participants return to their organization with tools and immediately executable skills for resolving conflict in their workplace.

Tuition Installments
You may pay your program tuition in installments, if you prefer. There are two installment options, as follows:
1.) Break your tuition into 2 payments, at your option, directly through Conflict Resolution Training, Inc. You must register by telephone to select this option. Simply provideyour preferred method of payment, and the dates on which you would like to make your payments. There is no charge to use this option. The only requirement is that the final payment be made not less than 10 days prior to the start of your class.
2.) Monthly installment payments are available through Affirm. If you would like to pay your tuition in monthly installments, click the link to Prequalify now next to Starting at $---/mo with Affirm (located under the course tuition price) before clicking Enroll Now. Once you've been prequalified, click Enroll Now to go to checkout and select Affirm as your payment method when you get to Step 3 in the checkout process.
