Online Divorce Mediation Courses

Divorce Mediation Training (33.5 CE Credits) 

Learn to help couples divorce simply, without expensive, divisive and emotionally devastating litigation. Divorce mediation is an ideal opportunity for professionals looking to expand their income. Private practice divorce mediators are free to set their own fees. There is no mandated fee schedule and divorce mediation is not part of managed care. You will not be required to obtain court approvals or supervision to work with clients after completing this program. Participants receive all of the tools they need to begin accepting divorce mediation cases immediately following completion.

 

Advanced Divorce Mediation Training (12 CE Credits) (Prerequisite: Divorce Mediation Training) This Advanced, two-day program is led by renowned financial professionals who regularly work with divorcing spouses, divorce mediators and divorce attorneys. It is a deeper dive into more complex issues facing divorcing couples with more complicated marital estates. Meets December 11-12, 2020 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST (Online Course)

Working with High Conflict Couples (6 CE Credits) 

Learn Strategies and tactics for achieving stellar results in the most difficult divorce cases. This class is a one day class that will meet on September 18, 2020 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm EST (Online Course)

Parenting Courses

Mindfulness Based Parenting (3 CE Credits) 

Learn techniques that will decrease parental stress and negative reactivity to a child's behavior. Find out how you can help your patients increase their ability to make optimal parenting decisions. (Online Course).

 

Child Centered Divorce Planning (4 CE Credits) 

The effect of divorce on children does not have to be negative. Teach your patients as individuals or couples how they can make divorce decisions and design parenting plans that insure the best possible outcomes for their children. (Online Course)
